CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes you may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. To best serve all of our clients and respect our stylists’ time, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will be subject to a 30% fee of the scheduled service total. Thank you for your understanding and support! This policy helps us ensure availability and fairness for all of our valued guests.
